I would use the following links to illustrate Vygotsky's Contructivist theory.

Blogging supports a social constructivist environment ICT can be the tools and platforms for taking social construction of knowledge to different levels. Student and teachers can utilise ICTs to interact with others, in different multimedia, with people from around the world. ICTs allow teachers to structure and scaffold so that students can participate in different levels of social interaction here appropriate. Each different information and socially networking platform provides different opportunities. For example a forum allows one user to begin a discussion and others to join read, and discuss; in contrast a wiki allows user to edit each others work and develop truely collaborative information knowledge. Platforms can have one or two members, a small group, a class, a school or be open to the public (issues of control and privacy come up here).
It’s not what technology, it’s what pedagogy?
The most important factor when using ICTs in education is not the quality or quantity of technological resources available, but the quality of the pedagogical reasoning and approach in using ICT.
ICT must be cognitive tool, where they assist learners in achieve high-order learning.
